Toby Siew is one of the pre-made townies who resides in Belladonna Cove, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Apartment Life. He can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him. Like all pre-made townies, Toby's relationships with other townies are usually randomized at the start of the game. He is employed in the Culinarycareer as a Fast Food Shift Manager.
As far as personality, Toby is very outgoing, somewhat active, and a little bit neat. But he is quite serious and grouchy. When it comes to his skills, Toby has 1 creativity skill, but he doesn't have any other skills. He is mostly interested in Food, Culture, Travel, and Entertainment. Toby has the same facial structure as Gordon King.
He is one of the only three social class townies who aren't from the Magic stealthsub-neighborhood. Toby will only appear in Belladonna Cove. He is part of the Bohemian social class. Toby will always be one of the neighbors to the Cleveland family, or otherwise a middle-low apartment. His career will not change if he moves in as a neighbor or is searched as a possible roommate.
