A tomb is not complete without a challenge! Traps can be either disarmed or not disarmable. There are 4 types of active traps: Fire, Electricity, Darts and Steam your Sim would be able to encounter. The fire-trap will ignite your Sim, but wouldn't kill them unless they're singed. The electricity-trap would instantly singe your Sim. The darts-trap would cover your Sim in tranquility darts, causing them to fall asleep. The steam-trap is the least dangerous trap, as it only can soak your Sims, which causes a minor mood decrease. Movable statues can disarm the traps if they're firing continously.

Movable Statues

One of the best logic based puzzle elements, they can be either pushed or pulled at the direction your Sim is. They're used to disarm traps firing conteniously by pushing them to the trap, and to keep a floor switch with the gear symbol pressed.

Sarcophagi

Sarcophagi in Al Simhara can contain mummies, that would try to curse Sims who is stealing it's belongs. Other sarcophagi can contain treasure and even be slept in. Some sarcophagi will pull the Sim who is checking the sarcophagus in and let them try the past time's simulator!

Hidden Doors

Hidden doors takes 2x2 space when made, they can be found by using interactions to random walls. If the hidden door wouldn't open, the Sim has to push the door to rotate it. High athletic skill is recommended to push the hidden doors.

Mummies

Mummies are very nasty, as they'll curse Sims who is up to fight it.
