The Sims 3 Base Game[edit source]
This is my guide for a full experience in the many aspects of The Sims 3 of creating the an interesting, entertaining, and yet challenging household that gives you an overall experience of the game. This guide is for those who want to achieve goals without any or very little cheating; otherwise, this guide is pointless and useless!
The Household[edit source]
First, let's create the household...
All/Everyone[edit source]
This section applies to everyone in the household.
Skills[edit source]
I recommend that all Sims in your household have taken a $400 class in all of the Skills below to help around the house no matter if you have another Sim who specializes in any of these particular skills (in case they're asleep or at work). However, avoid using these Skills as much as possible and attempt to save the task for the Sim who specialize in these Skills...
Skill | Location | Simoleons |
---|---|---|
Charisma | City hall | $400 |
Cooking | Restaurant | $400 |
Handiness | Military base | $400 |
TOTAL CLASS COST PER SIM | $1,200 |
Lifetime Rewards[edit source]
Most of your household will have Careers, and spending these Lifetime reward points will greatly increase your Career benefits and opportunities (listed in the order of importance)!
# | Lifetime reward | Lifetime happiness |
---|---|---|
1 | Opportunistic | 10,000 |
2 | Multi-tasker | 10,000 |
3 | Office Hero | 5,000 |
TOTAL COST | 25,000 |

The House[edit source]
First, purchase a lot. For this household, you really don't need anything bigger then 30x30, perhaps even smaller to save on Simoleons.
