Your Fanon[edit source]

I have moved your Fanon from Caminiti Cottrell to Fanon:Caminiti Cottrell because it is a user created Sim. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. - Icemandeaf (talk) 16:34, September 7, 2014 (UTC)

Perhaps you're not aware of it, but to create your page in the fanon namespace, just add "Fanon:" to the beginning of your page title. For example: Fanon:Revolution. You can also use the form at The Sims Wiki:Fanon Portal - just type in your page title after the "Fanon:" prefix. Thanks! --k6ka (talk | contribs) 16:47, September 7, 2014 (UTC)

User:Jackdelonge[edit source]

Is Jackdelonge your sockpuppet account? Please note that we here at The Sims Wiki only allow one account per person (with few exceptions, such as bots), and we typically block sockpuppet accounts when discovered. Please advise. --k6ka (talk | contribs) 21:18, September 26, 2014 (UTC)

it's my friend account, he needed help, okay?—Preceding unsigned comment added by Matthewbrianc (talkcontribs) 22:08, September 26, 2014‎ (UTC) - MattyKardashian 22:16, September 26, 2014 (UTC)

Whoa whoa, calm down there. I simply needed clarification. Remember to assume good faith - I'm not trying to look for a reason to block you, I just needed to clarify and let you know about something we frown upon here on The Sims Wiki. --k6ka (talk | contribs) 22:12, September 26, 2014 (UTC)

Sorry, i just don't want my account or my friends blocked. I would have no need to make another account. He just joined the wikia and need my help since i have so many pages, and he didn't know how to edit :-) --MattyKardashian 22:16, September 26, 2014 (UTC)

If you (or anyone else) needs help, you can always ask at our local Help desk, or at Community Central Wiki. --k6ka (talk | contribs) 22:25, September 26, 2014 (UTC)

Name spelling[edit source]

Just so you know, in all instances I've encountered, the name pronounced "Neve" (as you wrote it in Fanon:Neve Falls) is actually spelled "Niamh". It's an Irish name for 'bright' or 'radiant'. Don't ask why...Irish is just...weird. If you don't want to change it, that's perfectly fine with me. I just wanted you to know :) ―The Tim Man (Infinite HistoriesGalactic CruciblesThe Sims WikiHallows MaleficentWhy I'm here in the first place) 05:30, October 3, 2014 (UTC)

Change it? What? MY Fanon? A girl who lives next door is called Neve, spelt like that also; Neve is a phonetic respelling of the Gaelic name 'Niamh', meaning 'brightness' and 'beauty'. One notable bearer is Neve Campbell. It's correct either way. It's annoyed me a little since its my own fanon and it should be left alone? --MattyKardashian 22:46, October 4, 2014 (UTC)

Whoa... calm down. It was just a suggestion! Don't treat feedback like this one so negatively, it was just someone else giving you their thoughts. Yes, it's your fanon, but other people can comment and give feedback. You obviously don't have to listen to it, but just accept it and keep it as food for thought ;) --I am k6ka Talk to me! Your signature[edit source]

I'm finding your talk page signature (the one you sign with ~~~~) quite misleading. Your signature should at least include a link to your userpage, and it should say your username. I'd recommend you change your signature. To do this, go to Special:Preferences, scroll down to where it says "Signature", make sure the check box that says "I want to use wikitext in my signature" is checked, and then change your signature to the following:

[[User:Matthewbrianc|Matthewbrianc]] ([[User talk:Matthewbrianc|talk]])

This will change your signature to the default one and will link to your userpage and your user talk page. Thanks. --I am k6ka Talk to me! See what I have done 22:58, October 4, 2014 (UTC)

Your Bella Goth fanon[edit source]

Hi, I've moved your fanon "Fanon:Bella Goth (TS4)" into Fanon:Bella Goth (Matthewbrianc). To avoid ambiguous or duplicate titles, fanon titles of premade Sims should be followed by the author's username. Nikel Talk Vote! 13:35, October 6, 2014 (UTC)

RE: Fanon[edit source]

There's no need to be frustrated over the matter. The Sims Wiki does employ fanon standards to ensure that low-quality fanons don't overload the wiki. If one of your fanons have been deleted, you're more than welcome to ask any administrator to undelete it for you provided you improve on it. --I am k6ka Talk to me! All my Wikia had up to date info from when i last played. Siblings/Family all updated. Pictures, information about them. Some more than the actual sims have. But i'm having to redo them all now. I'm not going to waste my time asking for them back.—Preceding unsigned comment added by ‎Matthewbrianc (talkcontribs) (UTC) - Please sign your comments with ~~~~

And... a Wikia is not a page. It's a "Wiki on Wikia", not a "Page on a wiki". And thirdly, regarding your recreations, you don't actually have the right to claim full ownership over a page, even for fanon pages, because Wikia runs under the CC-BY-SA license. It's not something The Sims Wiki made up, but the website we're hosted on. People can and do have the right to modify work that you submit to Wikia. If you do want your fanon back, you can request it be undeleted and then you must work on it - otherwise it can be deleted again.
Regarding your above comment, undeleting a page takes only seconds. There's no need to be frustrated over the manner. --I am k6ka Talk to me! See what I have done 22:20, November 19, 2014 (UTC)

Does anyone know why the Bookworm trait wont work for my Sim Rebekah?
