Veronaville is one of the three premade neighborhoods in The Sims 2 base game. The names of all the Sims in Veronaville are based on characters from the plays of William Shakespeare, including Romeo and Juliet, A Midsummer Night's Dream, and The Taming of the Shrew. The neighbourhood itself is also full of Shakespeare references, such as "Straford Street," "Stratford Strip," and "Avon Lane."
