In The Sims 3: Ambitions, Zo Whelohff is a child living in Twinbrook. Her name is a play on "so well-off". She and Notzo Curious have a relationship of best friends forever at the start of the game. If The Sims 3 is consistently placed 50 years before The Sims 2, she would probably be an elder instead of a child, given that her grandchildren are adults at the start of The Sims 2.
