His character file was deleted, making him unplayable. He is probably an earlier prototype of the playable Afi and left in the game files by accident.

Afi has the Knowledge aspiration and the Sagittarius zodiac sign. As far as personality goes, Afi is very active and playful, but also very shy and grouchy. He has no skill points or interests.
