Cherry Kanto is a townie usually seen wandering arond Riverview. She can be made playable by marrying her or asking her to move in. If population decreases she will move in to a vacant lot with Lydia Pearl and Ari Moore. If story progression is left alone she will usually dislike many neighbors.
