Chip Twit is a pre-made police officer from Starlight Shores. He doesn't have any skills and relationships at the start of the game. His name may be a pun on "Chipped it" due to his clumsy trait. He can be made playable by marrying him, or by befriending and asking him to move in. His female counterpart is Nancy Docket.
Unlike his female counterpart, Chip has the coward trait, which makes his less effective at his job than Nancy.
