Cole Raha is one of the pre-made NPC newspaper deliverers who resides in Bitville, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Life Stories. The other two newspaper deliverers are Chris Creelman and Thomas Fuchs. He can be made playable by befriending and aging him up with another teenage Sim, and then asking him to move in or by marrying him. Cole has the same facial structure as Jace Macarevich. He has short blond hair, brown eyes, and dark skin. Cole's Aspiration is Family, and his zodiac sign is Cancer.

As far as personality, Cole is extremely outgoing, somewhat nice, and a little bit neat. But he is somewhat serious and quite lazy.
