Dona McGreggor is one of the pre-made deceased ancestral Sims who resided during her lifetime in Riverblossom Hills, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Seasons. She was the wife of Rory McGreggor, the mother of Donald McGreggor, and the grandmother of Leod McGreggor.

Dona has personality points and interests, something not every ancestral Sim has. She is completely resurrectable, even though she doesn't have a grave. Dona has the Popularity aspiration, and the Libra zodiac sign. As far as personality, she is very outgoing, somewhat playful, and rather nice. But she is very sloppy and lazy.

According to Dona's SimDNA in SimPE, her hair was brown before it turned grey. According to her age data, she had 15 days left in the elder life stage when she died. Dona's facial structure is seemingly identical to the 22nd Maxis face template in Create a Sim. While all the memories of pre-made playable Sims in Riverblossom Hills are positive, she has a negative memory of her husband's death.
