Donald McGreggor is one of the pre-made deceased ancestral Sims who resided during his lifetime in Riverblossom Hills, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Seasons. He was the son of Rory and Dona McGreggor, the husband of Fiona McGreggor, and the father of Leod McGreggor.

Donald has personality points and interests, something not every ancestral Sim has. He is completely resurrectable, even though he doesn't have a grave. Donald has the Popularity aspiration, and the Sagittarius zodiac sign. As far as personality, he is a very active and quite playful. But he is very sloppy, quite shy, and somewhat grouchy.

According to Donald's SimDNA in SimPE, his hair was black before it turned grey. According to his age data, he had 15 days left in the elder life stage when he died. Donald's facial structure is seemingly identical to the 5th Maxis face template in Create a Sim. While all the memories of pre-made playable Sims in Riverblossom Hills are positive, he has negative memories of his parent's deaths.
