In the Family Bio, it is stated that he and his family are feuding with the Van Gould family over whom started the town. He is married to Erica Wolff. They have 3 children: Gator, Wilhemina and Waylon. He is the son of Pappy Wolff. He is employed in the Political career as a Yes Man in order to support the idea that his family started the town. He has a level 3 in Charisma and carries a copy of "Gobson's Delight" in his inventory. He and his family's relation (if any) to the Wolff family of Sunset Valley is unknown.
