Elliot Parr is a pre-made repo-man from Appaloosa Plains. He can be made playable by marrying him, or asking him to move in. He is slightly less mean than his female counterpart Mollie Bullock, but his numerous negative traits still make him undesirable company.
He shares the same surname with Xander Parr from Isla Paradiso, though whether the two are related is unknown.
