Neighborhood Desiderata Valley

Emma Contrary (née Henderson) is one of the pre-made deceased ancestral Sims who resided during her lifetime in Desiderata Valley, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: FreeTime. She was the daughter of Hank and Sharlene Henderson, the wife of Talbot Contrary, the mother of Edward Contrary, and the grandmother of Rick Contrary. Emma is completely resurrectable, even though she doesn't have a grave. She has the Romance aspiration, and the Virgo zodiac sign. As far as personality, Emma is very neat, somewhat active, and a little bit nice; however, she is very shy and quite serious. According to Edward's memories, Emma died while Opal, Edward's wife, was pregnant with Rick. According to Emma's SimDNA in SimPE, her hair was brown before it turned grey. According to her age data, she had 17 days left in the elder life stage when she died.

Emma uses the 12th Maxis face template in Create a Sim, except the eyebrows and nose which use the 9th face template. Also the jaw is longer than on the default face, though it is only longer on teenage, adult, and elder female Sims, which may mean that the jaw was genetically passed down, as this oddity generally only occurs on Sims whose facial features were genetically passed down. Emma's SimDNA in SimPE shows that she carries the recessive allele for grey eyes. Her recessive skin tone range is also for light skin, even though both her dominant and recessive alleles, as well as her dominant skin tone range, are for medium skin. She has a hidden pregnancy modifier token, which will increase her chances of having twins if she is resurrected and aged down to an adult.[1] In The Sims 3: University Life, a Sim of the same name is listed as the author of "Street Art Vol. 3: Urban Makeovers", the Street Art skill book, although there is no substantial evidence to prove that this is the same Sim.

Resurrection tip
This Sim can be brought back to life using the Resurrect-O-Nomitron, the genie lamp or an evil witch's spell. For more information, read Game guide:Bringing Sims back to life.
