Erwin Pries is a pre-made townie Sim included with The Sims 4: StrangerVille. He is a Conspiracy Theorist who works at the Curio Shop in the StrangerVille Plaza neighborhood.

Erwin is featured heavily in promotional material for the game pack and he appears on the cover art together with Alice Martin and Jess Sigworth.

Erwin has freckles and wears braces. He seems to be missing his glasses when he is manning the Curio Shop. As he is a hidden NPC, he does not appear in the manage households menu when the game starts. 

Trivia

• Erwin Pries is the first Sim to be seen speaking English, rather than Simlish. He speaks English in the StrangerVille launch trailer.
• He has a similar appearance to Liam O'Dourke from Hidden Springs.
• He has a tracking bug implanted on him at all times, as you can see by the gray waves coming from him.
• Erwin briefly appears in the Discover University official reveal trailer as a student at Foxbury Institute.
