Alex Pleasant was born into the wealthy Pleasant Family. He is the older brother of Florence Pleasant, who is a child. He is a genie, like his grandfather Gregory Pleasant and great-aunt Joanne Pleasant.
Alex is best friends with his great-aunt Joanne, and good friends with both parents. He hardly knows his sister and is enemies with his grandfather Scott Quagmire. When he was born normal, his parents were very relieved. Despite being born normal, he began to display the powers of a genie when he aged into a child, like his grandfather. While his parents love him very much, they are both very scared of his supernatural abilities. His sister, Florence, is very jealous of his powers and thus, the two do not care for each other. He is a very talented guitar player and aspires to be a famous musician.
