Isadora was born to Scott and Rose Quagmire in Sunset Valley. She is the triplet sister of both Quigley and Duncan Quagmire. She was born into a very rich family and lived an extremely comfortable childhood. She is extremely close to her surviving brother, Duncan, and Quigley's death by drowning deeply affected her.
Isadora met her future husband, Ian Pleasant, when she was a teenager. After he aged into a young adult, they continued to date, despite laws prohibiting such an act. Once she aged into a young adult, they immediately married and she became pregnant with their first child, Alex Pleasant. After Alex was born, her brother Quigley died when he drowned in the ocean. This affected her deeply and brought her closer to her brother Duncan. She and Quigley were especially close and she mourns often. Despite this, she is a cheerful woman in public and a loving mother and wife. She is a very talented poet, specializing in couplets.
