Marcella Monroe is a pre-made Sim who was widowed after the death of her husband, and moved to Moonlight Bay in hope of a clean slate. She lives with her two teen sons—Herger and Randy Monroe—and works in the Law Enforcement career. She only knows her boss, Penny Aragon and her two sons. She lives in an outdoorsy type home with a master bedroom and a bedroom for her two sons.

In the Specter Family Mausoleum, there is a grave that marks the burial site of a man named Derek Monroe, who could possibly be the late husband of Marcella. It is said that her husband drowned on their honeymoon like Erik Darling did. She has two points in the Logic skill. Marcella met Fanon:Jackie-Marie Moorelau When Jackie-Marie and her family moved into town and they met at Central Park. They are now a Lesbian Couple and also have an age difference with Marcella being an Adult with two teenage sons, and Jackie-Marie being and Elderly lady with a Young Adult Daughter.
