Heath O'Mackey is one of the pre-made deceased ancestral Sims who resided during his lifetime in Riverblossom Hills, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Seasons. He was the husband of Jaiden O'Mackey, the father of Seth O'Mackey, the grandfather of Jason Greenman and Gabe O'Mackey, and the great grandfather of Jules O'Mackey and Daisy Greenman.

Heath has personality points and interests, something not every ancestral Sim has. He is completely resurrectable, even though he doesn't have a grave. Heath has the Family aspiration, and the Cancer zodiac sign. As far as personality, he is rather neat, active, and nice, but he is a little bit serious, and somewhat shy. Oddly, Heath does not appear in his son, or either of his grandchildren's family trees, and he only appears in his wife's family tree.

According to Heath's SimDNA in SimPE, his hair was black before it turned grey. According to his age data, he had 15 days left in the elder life stage when he died. Heath's facial structure is seemingly identical to the 27th Maxis face template in Create a Sim. While all the memories of pre-made playable Sims in Riverblossom Hills are positive, he has negative memories of his wife, son, and daughter in-law's deaths.
