Issac Bell is a premade Sim residing in Desiderata Valley. He lives with his wife, Hannah, their son, Daniel, and his sister-in-law, Sharon Wirth. He works in entertainment career as a mime. He wishes he could balance his career and his family. His family bio says that Sharon caused a critical disturbance when she moved into the family.
Issac's hobby is Film and Literature, with level 6 enthusiasm. He has a membership to Desirable Discourse. He also has level 1 enthusiasm in Arts and Crafts, in which his hobby is predestined. Although he works as a Mime in Entertainment career, his Lifetime Want is to become a World Class Ballet Dancer. This is somewhat mixed up with Sharon's Lifetime Want to become a Prestidigitator.
According to his memory, Issac is BFFs with Victor Aspir, his neighbor. However, the game set them only as Best Friends. He is also friends with Victor's family members. Oddly, his memories state that when he was Teen, he had his first kiss with Elizabeth Aspir, Victor's wife, while Victor had his first kiss with Hannah, Issac's wife. Nevertheless, they still keep good relationship, as Issac is friends with Elizabeth.
Issac's memories are a bit strange. He has a memory of growing up from Toddler to Child like all Desiderata Valley residents, although Sims cannot actually get this memory when they grow up from Toddler. He also had a good memory of growing up badly to Child, and the memory refers to his deceased father, Bartholomew. All his memories when he was child wrongly refers to Bartholomew.
