Kermit Landgraab is the husband of Kitty Landgraab, father of Chester Landgraab, and grandfather to Malcolm Landgraab (TS3). He seems to be the patriach of the Landgraab Family featured in the Sims 3. Not much is known about him since he is deceased before the start of the Sims 3, and not mentioned in either the Sims, or the Sims 2. He is buried with his wife, son, and daughter-in-law in Pleasant Rest Graveyard.
