Kermit Landgraab is the husband of Kitty Landgraab, father of Chester Landgraab, and grandfather to Malcolm Landgraab (TS3). He seems to be the patriach of the Landgraab Family featured in the Sims 3. He is also speculated to be the father of Malcolm Langraab I who is seen in The Sims (Console) and The Sims Bustin' Out. This would make him the grandfather of Dudley Landgraab, Mimi Landgraab and Malcolm Landgraab II. He is therefore the ancestor of all of the Landgraabs in the Sims Series.

Not much is known about him since he is deceased before the start of the Sims 3, and not mentioned in either the Sims, or the Sims 2. He is buried with his wife, son, and daughter-in-law in Pleasant Rest Graveyard.
