Lilly Phillips is a pre-made adult mail carrier who lives in Garden Heights, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Pet Stories. She and Claire Lind are the only pre-made NPCs in the neighborhood. Other NPCs are generated when required during the Best in Show story and after that in Free Play mode. Lilly can be made playable by befriending and asking her to move in, or by marrying her. Her aspiration, personality, interests and skills are randomized when she is first loaded in-game.
