150 Main Street is the home of Don Lothario. It's a condo-style house, similar to neighboring houses.

The house is very dirty when first played. There are many trash piles scattering on the ground, and the shower also needs cleaning. There is also a exercise machine in the dining room. On the second floor deck, there are bar and a hot tub, possibly used by Don to WooHoo. On the top floor, there is a telescope which Bella Goth used before she was abducted as seen in Lothario's family album.

170 Main Street

170 Main Street is the home to Caliente sisters. It's a condo-style house, similar to other neighboring houses.

On the first floor, there's Michael Bachelor's urn in the living room. He will sometimes haunt the house. There are two beds on the second floor, each belongs to Dina and Nina. They share the same bathroom. On the third floor, there is a hot tub, a bar, lounge chairs, and a stereo. The Caliente sisters will be on the top floor when first played.

On the first night when this house is played, a burglar will always come to steal something, possibly the exercise machine in the living room or the hot tub.

195 Main Street

195 Main Street is the home of Darren Dreamer and his son Dirk. The first story has a small area that's laid out as a TV nook, a dartboard, Dirk's bedroom, a bathroom, and the kitchen/dining area. The second story has the master bedroom, a bathroom, and an area that seems to be used as both a general living area and Darren's studio. Outside, there is a rear deck with a barbecue grill. There are a few trees on the lot, and Darleen's grave is under the largest of them.

Since part of the Maxis-created back-story for the Dreamer family is that Darren hasn't been paying the bills, there will be unpaid bills on the floor and other surfaces when this lot is first played.

10 Oak Street is a small shack-like house. It is designed for simple, rustic living.This house can be found around the forest near the upper left of the trailer park if positioned against the sea. Inside the house, there is a pink fridge, a yellow stove, and a green potbelly stove. There is no bedroom, so building one is wise. The bathroom has blue tile, a sink and a toilet. The shower is outside. There are many different types of trees outside.

Many players don't even notice this house as it is small and situated in a part of the town that is not easily visible, with trees all around it. There are no houses nearby.

The house features a multi-level deck in the back, and also has a fireplace. It costs around §35,000. It sits across from 105 Sim Lane, next to 170 Sim Lane, and adjacent to 195 Main Street (the Dreamer family residence) and 165 Sim Lane (the Goth family residence).
