Malcolm Landgraab IV is a pre-created Sim who lives alone in a large mansion in Bluewater Village, the default shopping district. He owns two community lots, Club Dante and Electronics Supercenter. Even though the Electronics Supercenter sells TV sets, he does not own one. He has the same first name as his great grandfather, grandfather and father.
When you first play him, he is at the beginning of the Adult life stage, and has three skill points in Charisma. He like to read and play games in the computer.

It can be troublesome to have Malcolm get married, as his spouse will inherit the “IV” part of his last name, unless you use SimPE to edit it out.
