Malcolm Landgraab IV is a pre-created Sim who lives alone in a large mansion in Bluewater Village, the default shopping district. He has the same first name as his great grandfather, grandfather and father. When first played, he is at the beginning of the Adult life stage, and has three skill points in Charisma.

He owns two community lots, Club Dante and Electronics Supercenter. Even though the Electronics Supercenter sells TV sets, he does not own one. However, the house is very well furnished, with expensive furniture. Since Fortune Sims often want to buy furniture, this may complicate satisfying some of Malcolm's wants.

It can be troublesome to have Malcolm get married, as his spouse will inherit the “IV” part of his last name, unless you use SimPE to edit it out. You can also create a female with the last name Landgraab V and have them get married to change it.
