Mata is a jaguar from Felicity Island, one of the island neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Castaway Stories. Unlike the female jaguar named Mata, who appears in the Shipwrecked and Single story, the hidden Mata is male and is treated as a human, rather than a cat. This male Mata does not appears through normal gameplay. He is hidden in the character files and can be found with SimPE.
