Neo Liang (네오 리앙) is a pre-made babysitter who lives near Starlight Shores. Neo can be playable if asked to move in. Neo is the only NPC wearing no shoes except socks, this could be a mistake by EA. Along with Alani Shepherd, Neo is one of the two only Sims who have the weird combination of the good and mean-spirited traits. His female counterpart is Myah Shah. His name may imply he has Korean ancestry.
