Oh Ollie... He's always been a bit of a dreamer in life. His family worried he was destined to be destitute, his artistic talents going unrecognized. It turned out, he simply needed his muse. While nursing a drink in The Blue Velvet Nightclub one evening, he locked eyes with Babs—his life was never the same again. A whirlwind romance with Babs led to marriage and fatherhood; Ollie would never be called a starving artist again!

Ollie Purdue is a pre-made Sim who appears in The Sims 4 base game. He is one of six characters in five households who are included in the Gallery that ships with the game. He lives with his sister, Cassidy, who may be his twin, as they are both young adults and 24 days away from becoming adults.

Ollie has the Painter Extraordinaire aspiration. Like all Sims in the Gallery, he is unemployed and has no skills.

Ollie was featured in a number of pre-release promotional materials for the game during its development. Notably, he was one of three main characters who appeared in the First Look Official Gameplay Trailer, where he was shown involved in a love triangle with Andre DaSilva and Sophia Jordan. Ollie shares his appearance with one of the default characters in Create a Sim, and appears on the old cover art for The Sims 4, along with Cassidy and Andre. He also appears in some short video clips that play over the main menu of the game, where he appears to be the romantic interest of Babs L'Amour. In one of the trailers, he and Babs are shown with three of their children - a boy and girl in the Child phase and a baby girl. They don't appear in the game or the Gallery, though.
