Opal Suarley is a pre-created deceased Sim in The Sims 3. She was a child at the time of her death, and she died by drowning, as indicated by her blue ghost. She is buried in Pleasant Rest Graveyard. Her traits are Daredevil, Family-Oriented and Good. Her favorite food is sushi, her favorite music is electronica, and her favorite color is red. Oddly, she has a lifetime wish to become an International Super Spy, while a child cannot have one. She did not accomplish it before she died.

She has dark skin, brown hair in pigtails, and full-face makeup. She is one of five pre-made deceased children in the Sims 3 series. The others are Wilhelmina Leaf from Twinbrook, Kirsten Remington from Riverview, and Marabel Goldbeard and Davey Moans, who are both buried in Barnacle Bay, a neighborhood available for download from The Sims 3 Store.

Opal can be resurrected by making her eat Ambrosia. She can be added to an active family as a ghost by the Oh! My Ghost! Opportunity or via a cheat.
