All 14 postcards that can be found ingame on a corkboard, that can be found in build mode.

Pen Pals are a feature introduced with The Sims 4. Getting a Pen Pal is the only way of collecting postcards.

To get one the player has to locate the "Socialize" menu point on the computer and choose "Find a Pen Pal". After a few sim hours a notification will confirm, if the player's Sim found a Pen Pal. If they write them enough letters afterwards, the option to ask for a postcard will appear. If the player chooses this option, there is a chance that a postcard will appear in the mail of the next day. To be able to collect all postcards a Sim can get Pen Pal multipe times.

Reward

After collecting all postcards the player recieves the "My Pen Pal" award, which is a plaque that can be hung on a wall.
