Tosha has the same facial structure as Prof. Steffi Trottier. According to her SimDNA in SimPE, her hair was black before it turned grey.

Tosha's name is randomized when La Fiesta Tech is generated. The name "Prof. Tosha Go" is only referenced in the game files.
