Scott Custer is one of the pre-made NPC police officers who resides in Four Corners, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Life Stories. The other two police officers are Rebecka Midlock and Cale Brown. He can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him. Scott has short brown hair, green eyes, and dark skin. He is a Family Sim with the Aquarius zodiac sign.

As far as personality, Scott is very active, quite neat, and somewhat nice. But he is quite shy and very serious.
