This is a beautiful and peaceful place with a rustic cabin and an all-natural waterfall, and placid pool to swim in. Relax by the waterfall or bring some food to cook and make a day of it.

Shady Lagoon is a community lot in the south-eastern part of Felicity Island, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Castaway Stories. Like all community lots, it can be visited by using the travel map. A path to the south leads to the Broken Wings, while a path to the east leads to the Primeval Shrine.

In the Shipwrecked and Single story, the protagonist discovers the Shady Lagoon while exploring the island and finds a cure for the mysterious disease they caught from Spaulding. Inside the hut, the protagonist also finds old parachute ropes to use for the raft. The Shady Lagoon becomes a residential lot when the protagonist moves in, after leaving their first home lot, Castaway Beach. Later in the story, the other survivors also move to the lagoon, which bothers the protagonist and influences their decision to live among the natives at the Village Residence. The Shady Lagoon becomes a community lot after the protagonist moves out.
