Simon Crumplebottom is deceased before The Sims storyline had begun. He has a spouse, Prudence Crumplebottom, and two children, Cornelia Goth and Agnes Crumplebottom. You can find Simon's Grave in The Goth's Family Graveyard. Some people believe that Prudence is the infamous Mrs. Crumplebottom from Nightlife. Simon's daughter, Cornelia married Gunther Goth and they had there first appearance in The Sims: Unleashed. However, other than the mentioned, Simon can't be found in any of the Sim's series.

The Crumplebottoms

Many Goths and Crumplebottoms have the Knowledge aspiration. Simon and Prudence were the first Crumplebottoms, as shown in the family trees of the Goth Family. Since the Crumplebottom Family tree stops with Simon and Prudence Crumplebottom, no one knows who their parents were. However it is known that Mortimer Goth has never met either of them, because Mortimer doesn't have any Memory of meeting them. Simon's daughter, Agnes Crumplebottom is shown to have never been married nor had any children. It has now been revealed that Agnes is actually Mrs. Crumplebottom and did marry(Robert Crumplebottom).

Today in The Sims

Today in The Sims everyone, with the exception of Mrs. Crumplebottom, is presumed to be deceased. However their legacy lives on in the Goth family tree.
