Spot Dalmatia is a pre-made firefighter from Barnacle Bay. When the game is first started, he doesn't have any relationships with anyone in the neighborhood. Unusually for a pre-made adult, he only has four traits instead of the usual five. He has four points in the charisma skill. Unlike most other firefighters introduced in previous games, he does not have the brave trait. He can be made playable by marrying him, or by befriending him and then asking him to move in. His female counterpart is Lillie Campbell.

His name and appearance shows that he is most likely a play on the dog breed Dalmatian, who worked as emergency dogs for the firefighters.
