Strangetown is a premade neighborhood in the Sims 2. And is similar to real life Roswell, or any other small desert community. It was filled with mysteries, aliens stories, disappearing Sims, mad scientists and possibly a serial murderer.

It is incorporated into the Pleasantview plot, as a resident NPC is Bella Goth. Like all pre-made neighbourhoods, the NPCs, that is townies and downtownies are unique. Strangetown is also the neighbourhood used in the The Sims 2 (Nintendo DS) and GBA versions of the games, although only Tank Grunt and Johnny Smith make an appearance.
