Tango Caliente is one of the pre-made deceased ancestral Sims who resided during his lifetime in Pleasantview, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims 2. He was the son of Nestor and Dulcinea Caliente, the half-brother of Flamenco Caliente, and the half-uncle of Nina and Dina Caliente, via his half-brother Flamenco.

Tango never had children and probably never married. He is the only descendant of Dulcinea, and since he had no children, her family line may be extinct. According to Tango's SimDNA in SimPE, his hair was black before it turned grey, which is a little bit confusing as both of his parents had blonde hair. He has dark blue eyes while both his parents have green eyes.

According to Tango's age data, he had 32 days left in the elder life stage when he died. His half-brother Flamenco had 38 days left when he died. Whether this means that Tango is the older brother of the two, or Flamenco was given a longer lifespan as an elder is uncertain. Like most pre-made deceased Sims from The Sims 2, he is completely unplayable without the use of hacks or third party programs, such as SimPE.
