Theresa Lam is one of the pre-made teenage townies who resides in Four Corners, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Life Stories. She can be made playable by aging her up with another teenage Sim, and then befriending and asking her to move in, or by marrying her. Theresa's career is usually randomized at the start of the game. She is a C student enrolled in Public School at the start of the game.

As far as personality, Theresa is very outgoing, quite nice, and somewhat playful. But she is very sloppy and lazy. When it comes to her skills, Theresa is well on the way towards maximizing the creativity skill, but she doesn't have a particularly high level in any of the other skills. She is mostly interested in Culture, Politics, Fashion, Entertainment, and Work. Theresa has the same facial structure as Lisa Pons.

Despite being a Romance Sim, Theresa has the lifetime want to reach the top of the Military career. This want makes her compatible, at least in theory with a Popularity Sim, though she would have better chemistry with a Pleasure Sim. Her turn ons/offs are randomized at the start of the game. It is only referenced in the game files that she has no turn ons/offs.
