Theresa Ramirez is one of the pre-made deceased ancestral Sims who resided during her lifetime in Bluewater Village, the shopping district shipped with The Sims 2: Open for Business. She was the wife of Juan Ramirez, the mother of Checo Ramirez, and the grandmother of Tessa Ramirez. Theresa has personality points and interests, something not every ancestral Sim has.

She is completely resurrectable, even though she doesn't have a grave. Theresa has the Fortune aspiration, and the Libra zodiac sign. Despite her aspiration, she isn't interested in money. As far as personality, Theresa is very outgoing, quite playful, and rather nice. But she is a quite sloppy, and rather lazy.

According to Theresa's SimDNA in SimPE, her hair was brown before it turned grey. According to her age data, she had 18 days left in the elder life stage when she died. Like several other pre-made deceased Sims, Theresa has a customized face. While her facial features are not easy to pin down, some of them share similarities with the 4th and 5th Maxis face templates in Create a Sim.
