Thomas Jones is a pre-made playable adult Sim from Garden Heights, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Pet Stories. He is one of the friends of Alice Whitt. They steadily develop a relationship throughout the story. His dog Lucy and Alice's dog Sam get together at the end of the game and have three puppies. Throughout most of the story Thomas had helped Alice get through her troubles with debt and the kidnapping of her own dog Sam.

In Open End Classic mode, the family bio says he and Alice have known each other since they were kids. It also says he has had a crush on her ever since they were children but was too nervous to tell her. He shares the same surname with many other Jones families throughout the series.

Even though none of Thomas' facial features use any of the broken Maxis face templates in Create a Sim, when he grows into an elder, it becomes clear that his facial features are nonetheless broken.
