Tiffany Burb is a premade sim that appeared in the Unleashed expansion pack of The Sims. She is the daughter of William Marsh and Anastasia Marsh, wife of Brad Burb, mother of John Burb and grandmother of Lucy Burb.

Life leading up to The Sims

Tiffany Burb is the middle-aged wife of nature-lover Brad Burb and the mother of John Burb (originally known as "Johnny Burb" in The Sims). She is obsessed with fashion, unlike her husband Brad, who is a nature lover. She and her family is suggested to be born outside of Pleasantview, since they moved from the city to Pleasantview. She is still skeptical why would her husband move the family to the suburbs. She has blonde hair and wears a pink blazer suit with golden buttons. She starts as a Store Clerk in the Fashion Career track. She lives in 63 Gunther Goth Highway.

Life leading up to The Sims 2

By the time the storyline has caught up to The Sims 2, both Tiffany and her husband have passed away. Their son, John, is married to Jennifer Burb (formally Jennifer Pleasant) and they have a daughter, Lucy, who is a child. Tiffany can be found on both John and Lucy's family trees.

Life leading up to The Sims 3

In The Sims 3, she will be a teen living in Sunset Valley. She will have a crush on Brad Burb, who is dating Ginia Alto, and she wants to break them up.
