Timothy Phillips is one of the pre-made NPC pizza deliverers who resides in Bitville, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Life Stories. The other two pizza deliverers are Kari Thayer and Ash Johnson. He can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him. Like all pizza deliverers, Timothy's default outfit is the typical "Pizza delivery" outfit with a red top and black pants. He has short red hair, dark blue eyes, and medium skin. Timothy's Aspiration is Popularity, and his zodiac sign is Aries. As far as personality, Timothy is very playful, quite nice, and a little bit neat and outgoing. But he is extremely lazy.

When it comes to Timothy's skill points, he is well on the way towards maximizing the cooking and cleaning skills. He is mostly interested in Environment, Weather, Paranormal, Fashion, and Entertainment. Timothy doesn't have any relationships with other Sims from Bitville yet, so one of the only ways to meet him is to order a pizza, making the player his first customer. In addition to working as a pizza deliverer in Bitville, Timothy may occasionally pass through community lots. He has the same facial structure as Drake Tsvirkunov. Timothy's turn ons/offs are randomized at the start of the game. It is only referenced in the game files that he has no turn ons/offs.
