Tracy Kosmokus is a pre-made NPC mail carrier who resides in Mesa Flats, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Pet Stories. The other mail carriers are Laura Dalton and Jim Wren. She can be made playable by befriending and asking her to move in, or by marrying her.
Tracy appears in the Midnight Masquerade story as the bridesmaid of Celeste Girard at her wedding with Damien Girard at A Little Salmon Wedding Chapel.
