Rose quickly became the center of attention after rooting herself in Riverblossom Hills. Will she thrive in the limelight, or back away to bask alone in the sun?
Rose Greenman is a PlantSim, married to Jason Greenman (né O'Mackey). She has a PlantSim daughter, Daisy, who was grown from a spore and whose father is the ideal plantsim. When the family is first played, she has a locked want to flirt with her husband. Uncharacteristically for a Family Sim, she fears having a baby, but does not have the corresponding want.
Rose is known by nearly everyone in Riverblossom Hills, and most of those people have a want for her to become a normal Sim. To some extent, she seems to be a neighborhood celebrity. She appears in the neighborhood picture in the summer photo.
Her home is ideal for her and her daughter, as it features a massive greenhouse roof as opposed to a traditional one, and a large tree growing inside the house. It is also the only house in the neighborhood that starts off in the spring season.
The Greenman family album implies that Rose was part of a society of naturally-occurring PlantSims in the mountains near Riverblossom Hills. Despite this, her features are those of a normal Sim. She may have been created in Create a Sim as a normal Sim, then transformed into a PlantSim.
As a normal Sim, Rose has dark skin like her daughter, and brown hair. Except for the premade young adults in collegesub-neighborhoods, Rose is one of the few, if not the only, pre-made and living adult Sim not to have any parents shown in the family tree. Unusually, she considers her brother-in-law, Gabe, family and vice-versa. (In The Sims 2, when Sims marry in-game, their in-laws are not tagged as family.)
