Glitches

Hello! I've found some glitches (maybe you found it first) in the sims 2 and 3. In the sims 2, my friend created sisters and added so many sims (babies, toddlers, kids, teens, etc) and some of the kids and teens were crawling and I looked over the age.. It displays toddler. In the sims 3, the Goths adopted a toddler girl and I edited her in CAS then I changed her to childhood to see what will she look like as a child, then she sometimes had normal face then I looked like smashed, and normal again, it happens over and over. A similar one happened to stella striker, she alwasy suddenly stood up when she sat, then stand, sit, stand, sit, and it also happened over and over. Honestly, it is quite annoying. Newspapers to Greek houses?

Newspapers are not delivered to the Greek houses in my game. It's been so long since I had University, but nothing later, that I can't remember if they ever were, but they are not now. Dharden (talk) 16:23, October 15, 2011 (UTC)

iOS 5.0.1

Hey Andro! I don't think the real-life image is a problem, I've uploaded one before this one and no one said anything. Besides, Wikia allows images as long as thy aren't violent, sexual, etc. But of course you already know that. :)

Thanks for fixing it, for some reason you didn't have color templates to match what was described within the code.

I am including both the Sim3Pack and the World itself: when installing the Sims 3 Pack, please be wary that it will not have any names, and going to InstalledWorld folder to manually name the world_(random set of character) should fix the display name. Most of this wiki's content has been copied by a 3rd party site called 377. I think you should check this out, and request from Wikia that they should claim copyright infringement.

Showtime

I saw the history list of The Sims 3: Showtime and found out that you reverted my edits. Well, sorry of what I remove. I reorganise the career information to Magician (those info relates to Magician by the way). Then, the image of what I just posted (the cover art of the collector's edition) was removed. I added it again, because it matches the information about the collector's edition on the Trivia.

the vandalism of lir page is not the reason I give the 3 month block. the main reason already I write on the vandal talk page. I agree 3 month is too long, but 3 days is too short for serious vandalism like that. I change it into 1 month, because swearing and cursing another people in GOD name is very serious case. Creeper22

Creeper22 is another sockpuppet account of TheCadenm11 / Admin22 / Wikia22, and a few other accounts such as RRabbit22, which is based on my name. The block log shows the first three are permanently blocked here, though the contributions page for TheCadenm11 does not indicate that he's blocked. Notice about the Warning template

Hello fellow administrator. I wanted to make you aware of an upcoming changeover regarding the {{Warning}} template. You can see the discussion of this change here.

Starting now, a new warning template will be available for use. This template is currently available at {{NewWarning}}. However, on April 2, the new warning template will be moved to {{Warning}} and the old warning template will be retired. Please use this transition period to test out the new template before the full changeover. In the period leading up to the changeover, please report any bugs or issues, and offer any suggestions, in the new template discussion

The new template does away with the <reason> parameter of the old template. You can now make your warning more specific by filling in the <type> parameter. Type will automatically load in text depending on the type and the level you select. Additionally, certain types have multiple 'levels', ranging from 1 to 3, with 1 being the least severe, and 3 being the most severe phrasing of the warning message itself. The types are:

• Vandalism (entered as 'vandal#') warns against making non-constructive edits. The 'vandal1' message is the template's default message if no type is entered.
• Blanking pages or sections (entered as 'blank#') warns against removing content from entire pages or sections of pages.
• Removing content (entered as 'remove#') warns against removing useful and accurate content from pages.
• Violating file policy (entered as 'file#') warns users that upload files or images in violation of the Image and File policy.
• Disruptive behavior (entered as 'disrupt') warns users that attack other users, engage in edit warring, etc.
• Sockpuppetry (entered as 'sock') warns users that are suspected of having control over multiple unauthorized accounts.
• Additionally, there is a custom option available if none of the pre-existing types suit your needs. If you choose to use a custom message, the <type> parameter should be set to 'custom' and the optional <custom> parameter will hold your message. If <type> says anything other than 'custom' and the <custom> parameter is filled in, the custom message will not display.

So, to sum it up, the parameters are:

<type>: You should fill this parameter in, unless you're alright with displaying the default, non-specific warning text.

<custom>: Fill this in only if you've filled in 'custom' under the <type> parameter; otherwise, leave this blank.

<sig>: This parameter is mandatory - include your signature here.

<other>: If you want to include additional information to the recipient, you can fill in this parameter. The text you enter will appear below your signature but above the 'boilerplate' message at the bottom of the notification.

One last thing... remember to substitute the template, just as you do when you use {{Warning}}. This is to ensure that any future changes to the template don't alter how it appears on user talk pages.

I Have A Question

Since you're an admin, I'm assuming you know a lot about the Sims itself.

If I had a family in Sunset Valley and wanted to install an expansion pack, would I have to create a whole new family for that town or can I make the original family visit that particular town?
