Victoria Shikibu (née Sutter) was a Sim who lived in Riverblossom Hills. She was the wife of Nobutaka Shikibu, the sister of Catherine Viejo, and the mother of Cleo Shikibu from The Sims 2: Seasons. Not much is known about her since she is only mentioned in the family tree of her descendants.
