Wanda Tinker (née Zarubin) is a pre-made playable Sim who lives in Bluewater Village with her husband, Stephen, and her daughter, Melody. She is a skilled toy maker with a silver sales talent badge, and has her eyes set on starting a home-run toyshop.

Wanda has more skills at making toys than both her husband and daughter combined. She is very neat and shy, and the least bit active; she is very nice and playful. When first played, Wanda is 13 days from being an elder. When editing in SimPE, her zodiac sign is not recognized.

Wanda has no skills whatsoever. She and her husband are very alike in many ways: both she and her husband have a sales talent badge, they both want to have kids to continue the home toy shop tradition, and the dream of getting to know her daughter better to help her become an overachiever, and follow her dreams of becoming an artist.

Despite being overweight, Wanda's fitness bar indicates that she was meant to be thin and close to becoming fit. Her body shape will change the next time she exercises. Wanda doesn't have any memories of both of her parents. She also doesn't recognize them as deceased, because she has no memory of her parents death.

Wanda is mentioned in one of the object descriptions from The Sims 4: Movie Hangout Stuff. It states that after Stephen wishes for a child using the wishing well, Wanda calls to tell him that she's pregnant.
