Wilhelmina Leaf is a pre-made deceased Sim who once lived in Twinbrook. She died as a child and is now buried in Ivy Hill Graveyard. Two strange things about her are the facts that she died from electrocution, which cannot happen to a child, and that, according to her gravestone, she completed her lifetime wish - which is possible in the game, but only for certain wishes (see Lifetime wish).
